HOW DO I ACCESS MY VIMEO PERFORMANCE?

All buyers (or viewers) will access the stream on the webpage the purchased was made.

CAN I WATCH ON MY TV?

Absolutely! We recommend using Chromecast, AirPlay on an AppleTV device or just a HDMI cable and computer.

HOW DO I WATCH ON MY TV?

To connect your computer to your TV with HDMI Cable, plug one end of the HDMI cable into an available HDMI port on the TV. Take note of the HDMI input number it is being connected to. Plug the other end of the cable into your laptop’s HDMI out port, or into the appropriate adapter for your computer. If you are using an adapter, connect that adapter to your computer. After the HDMI cable is set up, switch the input of your TV to the correct HDMI setting and press play!

HOW CAN I TEST THE SETUP PRIOR TO WATCHING MY PERFORMANCE?

We recommend testing your setup on a video prior to the performance to make sure everything is working properly.

DO I NEED A VIMEO ACCOUNT TO WATCH?

If you would like to watch on your TV, you will need to create a FREE Vimeo account.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES VIEWING?

Common resolutions for your streaming experience are refreshing your browser, turning your TV and casting device off and on again, or double-checking that any HDMI or data cables are securely plugged in to both devices.
